- The vendor receives your inquiry instantly and contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm pricing, quantity, payment, and delivery.
Madad does not handle payment or delivery directly — these are agreed between you and the vendor. We focus on making the discovery and introduction effortless.

Madad currently serves Damascus and the surrounding countryside, and is expanding across Syrian governorates as more vendors join the platform. Our headquarters are located in Damascus, Syria.
