Strongcoat TC Primer is a two-pack, solvent free, epoxy based primer ideally used to prime surfaces prior to applying Strongcoat EP Coving Mortar . Because it is primarily used for coving, this primer can be applied both horizontally and vertically, ensuring excellent adhesion and preparation of surfaces for subsequent coatings.
