Griptop Comfort Flexcoat is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based flexible floor topping that provides a seamless, hygienic, semi-gloss finish. Designed for exceptional comfort and cushioning underfoot, it is part of the Griptop Comfort system. Griptop Comfort Flexcoat serves as a flexible floor coating that enhances the surface's elasticity and resilience. To achieve the best performance and durability, it requires an additional layer of Griptop Comfort Topcoat , which provides added protection and a refined finish.

Storage	Griptop Comfort Flexcoat has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. in original unopened packs. Do not expose the product to freezing conditions.
