DCP Ultrascreed Binder is a proprietary, fibre reinforced screed binder based on high alumina cement used for creating ultra rapid drying and high strength floor screeds. Screeds produced with DCP Ultrascreed Binder can be walked on after just 3 hours and can receive tiled floor finishes after just 4 hours, irrespective of thickness. Soft floor finishes, wood and vinyl can be applied after 48 hours. DCP Ultrascreed Binder is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.

| Storage | DCP Ultrascreed Binder has a shelf life of 6 months if stored in unopened bags under dry warehouse conditions at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
